We Secure Major Grade A Office Project in Leeds City Centre

We’re pleased to announce that we have secured the design and installation of electrical services for a new Grade A office development in Leeds city centre.

The scheme will deliver an impressive eight-storey commercial office building, providing approximately 80,000 sq ft of high-quality workspace in a prime city centre location. Demolition of the existing building is now underway, marking the first major milestone in the redevelopment, with construction works scheduled to commence in early 2026.

Our involvement in the project is already underway, with electrical design works progressing during the pre-construction phase. We are scheduled to be on site from Q3 this year, supporting the main construction programme through to anticipated project handover in late spring / early summer 2027.
